CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME
While I feel much more comfortable in Design than in my previous career, Sociology, I think there are changes that can be made in the short term that would substantially improve our stay in the faculty and contribute concisely to our mental health.
The first important point is that the academic workload be organized in such a way that we do not have all the evaluations in one week so that in other weeks we simply do nothing. By doing this, we could distribute our time in a better way, arriving better prepared to our evaluations.
Secondly, the duration of the blocks. I consider an hour and a half per block to be an excessive amount of time, in which our attention is lost. I consider one hour per block of classes to be sufficient, the rest of the time I just waste time and energy resisting having to stay there.
A third point is classes that are not useful for professional development. In those cases I would join courses with similar focuses, because it happens a lot that the same topic is given to us in different subjects. I think we could take advantage of that time to learn topics of our personal interests.
Finally, it is necessary for teachers to update themselves in order to improve our professional skills. I consider that there is a part of the teaching staff that continues to use outdated contents and methods, which do not adjust to the times we live in and much less to the times to come.
Although I am quite critical with most of the spaces I inhabit, I feel quite comfortable and I consider that the proposed modifications would help a lot to improve the experience and acquire other knowledge.

I think the same about the time, it's a lot of free time (we could leave earlier, not at 6pm!!).
